FUERZA
2.1 Daily max in power snatch + hang snatch triples.
– no TNG (3 power + 3 hangs soltando barra en cada rep).
2.2 After having maxed out in triples you drop down to 50% and max out in power snatch + hang snatch doubles.

2.3 After having maxed out in the doubles you drop down to 50% and max out in power snatch + hang snatch singles.
