    MAX de power clean (hombro en reposo): 70kg PR (aunque podia haber metido mas)
    WOD: 241 reps

    19:00 endurance.

    Max c&j 125. Casi entran los 130. (Todo en power)
    3×2 @80%= lo hice cn rodri y metimos 93kg. Las hice t&g
    Wod. 4rondas en endurance.

    Bj 15/15/15/15 (no queria darle mas x la rodilla)
    Burpee 15/15/15/15

    Total= 200reps (4RONDAS)
