WARM UP
2*5 Ohs complex warm up

2*3 Snatch warm up (ejercicios 3,4,5 parar 3″).

FUERZA
1. Daily max in snatch + overhead squat.
2. Drop down to 75% and perform 1+1, 1+2, 1+3, 1+4, 1+5, 1+6, 1+7, 1+8, 1+9, 1+10.
Todas las series deben realizarse unbroken.
