Three rounds for time of:
8 Split snatch, alternating legs (115 / 75lbs)
7 Bar muscle-ups
Run 400 meters

CLEAN LADDER

Repetir 3 veces el ladder.

Cada 30" un rep de:
Clean 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 120 / 130 / 140
Chicas 45 /50/ 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80.

Subir hasta la rep maxima y descansar 3' para volver a repetir.

3 rft time:
50 dus
50 sit ups
