WOD 1: burpees & thrusters

21, 15, 9 reps for time:
Thruster 40/30
Burpee over the bar

Open 15.2

From 0:00-3:00
2 rounds of:
10 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb. or 43 / 29 kg.)
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 3:00-6:00
2 rounds of:
12 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb. or 43 / 29 kg.)
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 6:00-9:00
2 rounds of:
14 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb. or 43 / 29 kg.)
14 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Etc., following same pattern

MEDIUM INTERVALS

1* 400-800-400-800-400 / r1'.
– Elegir remo o carrera o incluso alternar, los 400 remo y los 800 carrera o a la inversa.
– Tanto en los 800 como en los 400 realizar un esfuerzo cercano al máximo, lógicamente la velocidad de los 800 será más lenta que la de los 400.
