Chest-to-bar Pull-ups

200 run

Burpees & stoh

3 Rounds for time of:

15 Burpees, bar-facing

15 Shoulder to Overhead 60/40


A) 3* (10m Wall Walk + max strict hspu + max push-ups); rest 3:00

B) 4* Ring Complex (5 Y’s + 5 Push Ups + Max Plank Hold).

C) 5*6 Russian Dips
