Single leg flexion with external rotation / variaciones 1,2,3,4.

5′ cada pierna

Back squat

Banded Back squat 3*(4*3@60% + gomas /r30″) /r2′

Clean complex

5* (clean highpull + hang squat clean + clean).

– Sólo se puede fallar 2 veces.

Bradley

10 rondas por tiempo:

100 run

10 pull ups

100 run

10 burpee

1′ rest

Endurance

(200-400-600-800 / r1′) + (800-400-600-800 / r1′) / r3′ entre bloques.
