Back squat

5*3 Back squat by feel

Swings, triple-unders and running

3 rounds for time of:

  • 30 kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
  • 20 triple-unders
  • Run 400 meters

Gymnastics

3*5 weighted ring dips
