5*3 position snatch (high hang / mid hang / floor) @65%

Bj, snatch & burpee

21-15-9 reps for time of:
High Box jump 75/60cms
DB o KB squat snatch 24/16*
c2b
* No hacer RX si no se tiene la movilidad adecuada!!!… scale as needed.

Recovery

20' aerobico ligero (60-70% fcres). + mobility
