Mobility: Snatch prep

Parte A:
Wall squat 2'
Hip external rotation with flexion 2' cada lado
T-spine smash & overhead extension bias 2'
Banded shoulder rotation 2' cada lado

Parte B:
Burgener warm up
Skill transfers
3 position snatch

Olympic lifting total

Snatch 1,1,1
Clean & jerk 1,1,1.
– Haremos un subida de pesos (ladder) y cada atleta tendrá 2 intentos para superar cada peso.
– Score = suma de los dos levantamientos.

Bike

10*15 cal assault bike.
– rest as needed
– score la serie que menos tardes y en comentarios la que mas tardes.
