Single leg flexion with external rotation / variaciones 1,2,3,4.

Pistols, snatches & t2b

Make 3 attempts at each of the following:
Max set of single-leg squats on your left leg.
Max set of single-leg squats on your right leg.
Max set of left-arm dumbbell snatches (touch-and-go).
Max set of right-arm dumbbell snatches (touch-and-go).
Max set of strict toes-to-bars.

SCORE = total reps

Split jerk

3-3-3-3-3-3-3 reps

  • La primera sólo comenzará a contar a partir del 85%

Clean & rope climb

5 rounds for time of:
7 power clean 90/60
1 rope climb legless
