Run 400 meters
15Thruster 40/30
15 Pull-ups

BILLAT 3':3'

5* (3' @100%vvo2max : 3' @50%vvo2max).

Ejemplo:
Vvo2max = 1500m

Ritmo @ 100% = 1500 /2 = 750 metros.
Ritmo @ 50% = 750 / 2 = 325

En este entrenamiento el atleta deberá recorrer 750m en 3' la mayor cantidad de veces posibles, recuperando 3' en los que se recorrerán 325m.
