Realizar el mayor número posible de complex:
Opción fácil: 3 pull ups + 2 c2b + 1 muscle up / rest 15".
Opción difícil: 5 pull ups + 3 c2b + 2 muscle up / rest 15".
– El trabajo se parará al no poder completar el complex tras un descanso exacto de 15".
